A 22 year old male is brought into the Emergency Department with a suspected overdose. He is cyanotic and obtunded. His vitals are T 36.3, PR 118, BP 100/60, RR 32, 02 Sats 99%. A rapid blood gas is performed: pH 7.10, p02 98, pC02 29, 02 Sats 99%. He is placed on high flow oxygen with no resolution of his cyanosis. You are suspicious for an overdose with:

A. Salicylate
B. Sulfasalazine
C. Paraldehyde
D. Iron
